The Association of Independent Festivals, Association of Independent Promoters and Music Venue Trust are proud to announce our Grassroots Networking Day 2025.
This event is organised by the AIF, AIP and MVT and supported using public funding by the National Lottery through Arts Council England.
AIF, AIP & MVT have created a networking day to bring together bookers and programmers from festivals and grassroots music venues, promoters and booking agents to build new relationships and develop alliances to work more effectively together. The event will offer a structured platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and enhancing professional networks, as well as providing valuable opportunities to interact directly with independent agents.

Travel bursaries are available to assist festival programmers, promoters and venue bookers from across the UK to attend.
Tickets cost £30 + £0.90 booking fee.
Programme for the day
10:00-11:00: Arrival, registration, networking & coffee
11:00-12:10: Welcome & introduction to the day, including panel discussion*
12:10-12:25: Comfort break / move to chosen session
12:25-13:25: Choice of networking sessions*
13:30-14:30: Networking Lunch
14:30-17:30: Choice of networking sessions, including pre-booked meetings with booking agents & ACE Relationship Managers*
17:30-18:00: Closing Panel
18:00-20:00: Networking drinks
